In a significant development in the iGaming industry, Already Media, headquartered in Warsaw, has finalized the acquisition of PokerListings from Acroud. The exact sum involved in the transaction remains undisclosed.

Dmitry Belianin, Managing Partner of Already Media, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "The acquisition of PokerListings by Already Media represents a milestone achievement in this journey."

Belianin, who has been involved in the industry since his teenage years, highlighted PokerListings' significance within the iGaming community. He described it as an "iconic platform," revered for its quality and influence. Belianin emphasized Already Media's strategic value, asserting that it would enrich its portfolio and strengthen its market position.

On the other side of the deal, Acroud CEO Robert Andersson explained the decision to divest PokerListings, citing a misalignment with the company's strategic direction. "As Acroud have concluded that poker does not fit our strategic direction we are happy and pleased to have found a strong partner where our poker business will find a new future," he said.

Belianin outlined Already Media's vision for integrating PokerListings into its affiliate ecosystem, aiming to create a more interconnected network of products, communities, and platforms.

He drew parallels to Conor McGregor's famous words, stating, "We are here not just to take part but to take over," underlining their commitment to leading and transforming the affiliate landscape.

Already Media, led by CEO Alina Fomenok, specializes in tech-driven, SEO-focused affiliate marketing, particularly focusing on emerging markets and audiences.

Belianin, drawing from his previous experience as the CCO of Parimatch, intends to leverage operator-side insights to refine Already Media's strategic and operational approaches.

Already Media's acquisition of PokerListings signifies a strategic move to solidify its position in the affiliate marketing space, emphasizing innovation and community engagement.
